Pay per send allows you to set up your entire campaign for free. When you're ready to send the emails to your subscribers, you pay based on how many emails you're sending. We don't lock you into a subscription.

What is pay per send?

Like you, we are fed up with SaaS subscriptions. So we decided to have a email platform that is just pay per send. So you only pay for how many subscribers you are sending to

How do I start?

Sign up and starting using the platform immediately. You won’t be able to send email until your account is approved. Approval takes max 24 hours, but usually approvals are made in less than an hour.

Do you offer free templates?

Yes we do! We offer amazing looking free templates you can use to start sending great-looking email.

Do I need any prior knowledge of skills?

Not at all! Postr is designed with simplicity in mind. Even if you're a complete beginner, you'll have all the tools you need to build stunning emails, create contact lists and set advanced preferences. If you ever need guidance, you can take a look at our many tutorials and resources, or contact our support team.

How can I use the HTML drag and drop editor?

We are using GrapeJS, the Next-generation tool for building templates without coding. You can check here a newsletter demo using a GrapeJS editor (which is free to use, too) . Also, you can check a very well-explained video on Youtube about how to use the editor.

Are there any contracts?

All all levels apart from enterprise, there are no contracts or hidden fees. You may change plans or cancel at any time.

What is a subscriber?

It is any email address you attempt to send an email to. It will include those that bounce, and those that unsubscribe in that send.

How can I pay?

All payments are made by credit card, through our secure payment processor. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, the subscription period is 30 days and charges are processed at the beginning of each period.

Do you offer a dedicated IP address and what is it?

Yes, only if you are on a Grow or higher plans. Your dedicated IP address should be requested to our team by email. A dedicated IP plan allows you to send email campaigns using your domain name and your own signature. You create transparency with your customers and build a reputation based on your IP and your domain name.

Do you have a webhook or API?

Using our API, you can send a new campaign, add a new contact, and users can use our unsubscribe endpoint.
